In case the penis is curved due to Peyronie’s disease, Peyronie’s plaque can be removed to regain straightness and length. A graft is put in place. This is called Peyronie’s Excision and Grafting
Peyronie’s plaque surgery is a surgical treatment for penile curvature caused by Peyronie’s disease. The procedure involves removing or incising the fibrous plaque that causes the penile deformity and restoring the normal straight shape of the penis. In selected cases, grafting techniques are used to preserve penile length and function.
